Hulbert West is Norfolk's longest established firm of truly independent financial advisers.
Since 1972 we have remained totally independent so we can offer our customers the best products and advice from all providers. We are individually owned, not part of a group and have no affiliation to any bank or insurer.
Originally Hulbert Financial Services, we have nearly 40 years experience of the changing economy, products, regulations and the needs of local people. Simon West, who has been with the firm since 2000, took over ownership from retiring founder Jeremy Hulbert in 2008.
Based near Norwich, we are big enough to matter but small enough to care. We focus on delivering expert advice in a way that is personal to each of our clients. We work hard to gain your trust as building lasting relationships is important to us.
Changes in 2012 (the FSA's Retail Distribution Review) will dramatically reshape the financial industry, with tougher regulations and higher requirements. It's predicted many firms will struggle, or be unwilling, to achieve these levels. We are embracing these changes now to ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards of advice and service.
